Pyrokinesis

As for the nickname, there are two possibilities I'm thinking of:
Rad: not b/c it's my username, but b/c it's short for a name I made up and it has a complicated history
Fortress: from an ultra-meta girl in one of my stories(unfinished)

Depends on my mood.

If I'm feeling particularly grumpy I'd like to have Azrael's powers. Great strength, speed, and of course the sweet cosutme. I'd take the multiple personality thing gladly.

If I'm at school and can't get away with beating the snot out of people I'd like one of my own design. I'd like to be able to interfere with a living organism's energy patterns. Either cutting the flow, strengthening it, or transferring it.

Or when I'm feeling weird or am high on sugar I would love to be silly putty.

okay, i haven't had the chance to read through all these b/c i came to thread late, and i'm actually in a rush right now, so if somebody's already said this, i don't know.....

the ability to freeze time has always been something that i remember wanting since i was a kid... it stems from lots of pressure to do well in school and a really horrible test-anxiety (which i've gotten over since my childhood, but man! when i was a kid, it was the worst!-- it felt like i was going to burst [in a bad way] whenever i had to take a test or quiz)... so when i was a kid i always just wanted to be able to stop time so that i could pace myself (or take a sneak-peak in my book :angel: ) and not feel so much pressure all the dag-on time.

side note: I ALMOST HAD A HEART ATTACK WHEN I FIRST SAW "CHARMED"-- PIPER HAS THE BEST POWER IN ALL THE WORLD! :D

i don't know what my meta-name would be if i had that power.... maybe something like "the watcher" or something.

Probably I'd just stick with Rad. I just like that name. I made up a list the other day of powers I'd like to have, but it's way too long. Some of the powers would probably react with each other or cancel each other out....;)

hulk has W's healing power and is superstrong, stromger then spidey.

The only thing you'd be missing is the internal knowledge of the webbing.

you don't need to cling on walls whene you can flot to them, with X's power.

Photokinesis is being able to induce motion or activity by light. So basically, I can control light's energy to make people and/or objects move (sort of like telekinesis, but with light).

Well, technically, it doesn't "alter" future when you make one decision over another. Not to get technical, but given an infinite universe, all things are possible. Our universe is one of an infinite number of multiverses. Every possible scenario is acted out in a different multiverse. For instance there is a multiverse where you have stopped reading my post and another where you continued. In fact, there is a multiverse where BOP was not cancelled. This "version" of ourselves just happened to be stuck in one where it was. So basically everytime someone makes a decision, another multiverse branches off. Sorry to be longwinded.

Back to topic though, I would also like to fly and be able to change shape into whatever I wanted. Then I could sneak up on people and they'd never know it was me. hmmm. In some multiverse, we may already have these powers. :)

i would want to have the power to shoot lightning out of my hands, and be able to electrocute people when i touch them. and i would want to have esp with one of my friends, and (i dont know what you would call it ) but like ahuge data base of everyone in the world, like i could just tap into my head and like have this computer screen( kinda the thing oracle has in the first eppy of Bop when dinah is at the dock yards) pop up but only i can see it and it tells me stuff about that person. and i would like to be able to levitate, and be able to make things go in slow motion. my nickname would be lightning... do u guys understand about the data base thing it is kinda confusing???

If I had 2 pick an ability "meta" or other wise...It would b Remy Le Beaux (AKA Gambit) & have the ability 2 charge small objects...& b able 2 use a deck of cards as a weapon...& my "call sign" might b Darkstorm...but these abilities "meta" or otherwise r overrated...the ability 2 kick major @$$ w/o "powers" or abilities "meta" or otherwise is best.

OMG I haven't read this in like forever...

Anyway, I think my opinions of powers have slightly changed since I started this thread. I still can't think of any specific powers I would want, but definitely not a lot of really powerful things b/c I prolly wouldn't be able to handle it. I have friends who can do a lot of interesting things, such as Remote Viewing, Psychometry (holding an object and knowing where it's been, being in a place and knowing what happened there a long time ago, etc.), Telepathy...um..Control (as in you can make people do things just by thinking about it).
My nickname would remain Rad, but this time it would be short for Radiazulon.
