i think this is a new character or an amalgam of different characters.If you ask me its to similar to nightwing,which most know as the former robin dick grayson.I wish they would bring in nightwing as a love interest for barbra.maybe they will since in the episode Slick she mentions dicks name.It seems however that this nightstick is a love interest for dinah.
