Musings of the Huntress


My Father’s parents were shot in front of his eyes
He donned a mask to fight for justice...or was it vengeance
And was the mask really the man people saw?

I watched as my mother was killed by my father’s enemy
Now I fight for justice...or is it vengeance
But I don’t wear a mask...or do I?

I never acknowledged him as my father...I was always my mother’s child
I guess this is fates twisted way of let’s me know he’s a part of me

A Thief or a Crime Fighter...some choice


“Huntress, it’s Oracle”
“Go ahead”
“There’s a meta-human attacking people in the park I need you over there”

I smiled “Time to kick ass again?”
I could almost hear her rolling her eyes “Just go”


I guess it’s Crime Fighting for now...or until I find the guy that killed my mother
<snorts> I guess its vengeance then
And maybe Dad isn’t as bad as I thought

great fic, it´s the first one I read on BoP. Hope the others are as good as yours. To change it in a song you would need some changes on timing, but it wouldn´t be hard...
