Well, I thought the 2nd episode of the series, "Slick," was a very solid 2nd effort. It cleaned up some of the problems that were in the pilot and it was a very well paced adventure. Some specific thoughts:

* Loved the reference to the past Robins and Batman's training of them by Barbara.

*Mia Sara is a delightfully NASTY Harley Quinn and her referring him as "Mr. J." was a nice touch.

* I could've done without the rather long intro/recap of the show's basic premise, although I suppose it needs to be done this season while the show gets its audience.

* The new Huntress costume is a great improvement on the pilot's.

*Of course, I liked seeing Alfred putting a perspective on things.

Definitely a fun and solid 2nd episode which someways improved on the pilot. It will be interesting to see how they continue to develop this show.

i enjoyed that ep too...it was a lot better then the pilot...and i love her wardrobe..the only thing is, she doesnt really have like a set costume like say batman or superman does. I think it would be wayyyyy cooler if they came up with something great and stuck with it....

Yeah I liked the Robin thing too I knew about Dick and Tim and I recently found out about Jason so it was cool to let who didn't know in on that.

I loved the Mr. J thing

As for Huntress outfit waaay better then the pilot they need to stick to leather or black pants and a long jacket

Hearing her talk about Mistah J was sooooo refreshing. It made me feel all evil/naughty inside. Man!! I can't wait for Halloween to dress up as Harl. :P

The episode was good. There was more HQ interaction, Dinah fessed up to lieing, and Reese + Huntress had a hot 'n' sweaty chit chat in the sauna. My my... what an episode. *grin*

Loved it. The interaction between Helena and Dinah was priceless. They act like sisters, and Barbara is the mom figure. Not a very conventional family, but a family none the less. I loved when Helena started to go all Huntress on Dinah for wearing her sweater and Barb said no super powers to settle domestic disputes.

I hear a lot of people saying that Dinah acts to much like a kid, but that's what she is. Metahuman or not, she's only 17, not an easy age to be. I think she's coming along quite well.

YES, YES, YES! This show is great! I liked this episode better than the pilot. It answered some questions I had, and I loved the how Barbara mentioned "the guys." That was really cool. The fight scenes were totally kick ass, too.

Harley was awesome, but I'm just not sure how I feel about Mia Sarah yet? I do like how much interest Dr. Quinnzel takes in Helena...I can see them going places with this. Also, I loved how she was reading the paper, checking on her patients. Good stuff.

All in all, so far so good! However, I would like to see a few more sauna scenes with Huntress...:D

great episode. I love the mother. daughter, sisters relationship.
so few shows with sixteen year olds have a parent figure that seens to actually be involved. and the sweater squabble was great. hope they follow this up. any one can have a fight scene but these little domestic bits are really well written
