I was shocked when I heard this, personally. Hawke is back? Does that mean Canary is coming back? Wow, I'm surprised that they're connecting the two stories. Although I do like the sound of it in that it is continuity within a few episodes, I'm not sure that a beginning series would spend two episodes really close together on the same subject... wouldn't they try to tell more stories? I may be wrong. Either way, I can't wait to see SotM and then see more information on this episode!

Be nice if they do link the 2 episodes together though :) Not many shows bother with that, or if they do it's in a different season. Decent plot arcs and continuation is always a good thing

So I'm curious the spoiler in the spoiler section says:

Hawke, the son of the NG crime family formerly seen kidnapping the Canary, faces off against Dinah over what happened with her mother in 'Sins of the Mother' and taunts her for being a weakling.

Allow me to disect this for just a moment, 'formerly seen kidnapping the Canary' so does this mean that Sins of the Mother ends with Dinah's mother being kidnapped or taken without us knowing what her fate is. I personally think that this would be a very interesting twist to the show.

'over what happened with her mother' so what could this mean? If this rumor turns out to be true than Sins of the Mother is going to be an amazing episode because this little rumor indicates that something big is going to happen to Dinah's mother.

This rumor leaves room for speculating on Wednesdays' episode.

Will Carolyn survive and will we know her fate by the end of the episode?

What happens that makes Hawke call Dinah 'a weakling'?

What will make Dinah seek Hawke out again?

This just proves what an amazing show Birds of Prey is because not many shows would attempt to link two stories together like this in there first season let alone in there first 10 episodes. Well I hope this rumor proves to be true and I think we'll know how true it is come Wednesday after we all get to see Sins of the Mother.
