I love the show. I think it's great. However I'm a bit confused on a few things.

First I must say that I'm little ticked off that they killed Catwoman. I'm especially upset on how they killed her. I'm sorry but I can't buy that the Joker just walks up to her and stabs her to death. That's just wrong. I mean she's catwoman they could of come up with something better than that.

Ok now that I've got that out in the open....

As recall the Huntress was not supposed to kill anyone. At least that's Orcale says. Now Catwoman never killed anyone. That wasn't her style. She was a thief and a pretty darn good one at that!

However, in the slick episode the huntress broke the rules when she killed mr. waterman. Unless I missed something and the Huntress is now allowed to kill only metahumans. Can someone please explain this?

Thanks

wow thats a good question..i guess it was an exception cause well...since he was metahuman, he couldnt be caught and imprisoned....so i guess that was their only choice..i dont really know...

Personally I like a hero that will kill when necessary. Just think how much better things would have been if Batman had taken out the Joker.
On the case of liquid man though I'm reminded of an old spiderman where he was forced to evaporate hydro man. Hydro man's molucules dispersed but over time drew themselves back together through a form of ionic attraction. I always though it was a bit far fetched but I could see something like that coming into play here if they think the villan would be useful in future.

I remember that on Spider-Man...I thought BoP was ripping that idea off...Oh well...

And I like a hero that kills. Adds a little darkness and eventually some psychosis to the character.

Yes a bit of the dark is good for characters. My favorite male X-man has always been Wolvereen (sp?). It's also just plane more beleavable in a super hero universe. You can't let a sciopath with the fire power of a air craft carrier walk the streets unchecked and how would you inprison them?
As to them borrowing the idea heck comics have been ripping each other off for years. It's almost a tradition. Of course all writers rip off each others work, we call it being inspired by a person. (g)

Yeah it is good. And it wasn't exactly cold-blooded murder, she did it to save lifes and all.

I think she fried him because he couldn't be captured anyways(unless frozen. brrrr!) But he only evaporated; remember the water cycle? He could just rain back down, gather himself(literally), and go back to work.

I think killing some bad guys is not that bad. As for Catwoman, I dont really know much about her..but that seems a bit too easy to kill a super-villain!

Thank You Helena,
That was exactly my point. I thought it was really stupid how they killed catwoman. She has been though a whole lot of dangerous situations, and what kills her at the end---- A knife wound. I just thought that was lame, and rude to kill one of DC most awesome super villain (IMO).
