Reason for Liking the Huntress

I want to know why you like the Huntress. Whether it be her incredible strenght, looks, personality, or whatever. Tell me what you think.

My opinion is that she is all of the above.

She has the perfect mixture of beauty, attitude, and physical ability. I love the way she taunts the bad guys as she beats the **** out of them. That sassy attitude just adds to the attractiveness of her character. Her first fight in the Pilot episode was perfect.

She showed again tonight why I like her.

The Black Canary is a legend, period. Yet when BC said something not-so-flattering about Helena's mother, Helena was ready to rumble without thinking twice. Would she have lost the fight against the Canary? Possibly. But backing down didn't even cross her mind. I thought she was going to go cat-eyes before Oracle stepped between them.

And the scene where she is talking to Oracle while pinning some thug against a wall was great. Too bad she had already extracted the information from him, I would have liked to have seen that "interrogation" from the start. :D

Another reason for liking the Huntress is that she just LOVES to fight and especially loves to fight guys. It was great to see her in another fight scene to open the show last night. I really enjoy seeing her fight “regular” criminals during the show because she acts so arrogant and sassy while mopping the floor with them. She needs to have scenes like that almost every week just to reinforce that while a supervillain may give her a tough time, she can whip the average criminal without half trying. Seeing her talk to Oracle while beating the **** out of those guys was great and I loved the “men, can’t live with ‘em, might as well beat the crap out of them!”

I got REAL upset when Darkstrike crashed through the door as Helena was preparing to end the fight. I really wanted to see her leap down and stomp those guys to the floor!

And when she came storming back to the Clocktower fuming to Oracle about someone butting in on “her” fight you just got the sense that to her, fighting is like her playtime and this guy barged in and ruined her fun. I love the attitude!

I really like the way she looks when she is talking with Reese. She acts shy and confident at the same time. She follows his eyes and looks intently at him....it's quite sexy.

I think she's a super hottie (she get's it from her mom) and how (as destiny said) she doesn't care what other people think about her. She just wants to have a fun time and keep the streets clean, which I think is excellent. I also like that she's comes from a famous family (almost like she's royalty). I really like her parents (it's hard to find a chick with cool parents). Her and I would have a fun time. We'd make some pretty babies. lol

What I like about huntress is (deep breath)her kick but attitude, her sexy image, her strength, her eyes, her medahuman powers, and last but not least her respect for her mother! Like what huntressfan said when black canary started some ''Not so nice things'' about helena's mother helena was ready to go! That's what I really like about her is that she's ready to fight for the honor of her mother's memory.

I really enjoyed seeing “Sins of the Mother” again last night. So many good scenes with Ashley: training with Dinah, confrontations with the Black Canary, this was just a great episode for fans of the Huntress. I just wish they had shown more of her taking out Hawk’s men in the warehouse at the end.

On another note, Lori Loughlin is so unbelievably hot! There is no way they could have cast a better actress to play the part of the Black Canary. The way she carried herself let all who came in contact with her know that she was not one to be messed with. If only they had done a flashback scene showing her in costume…

I love The Huntress because she is exactly the crime fighter I wish I could be. The crime fighter I am now would be frustrating for Helena Kyle - the Reese type. As much as possible "by-the-book". I'd love to be able to patrol the nights bringing criminals to justice the way she does. She's so free - uninhibitted by the constraints of the law! I'll bet every cop feels the way I do every once in a while!

whoa! there are so many reasons for liking the Huntress- well, as someone has said so eloquently- first, she's played by Ashley Scott who in and of herself is an amazing person from all i have gathered.
Huntress is spunky, perfectly sarcastic (i LOVE the sarcasm so effortlessly thrown around in this show!), has that whole torn between good and evil thing going on (makes the whole "hero" thing SO much more interesting!), shows kindness and affection when appropriate but at the same time is very much still edgy, and is ready to throw down at the drop of dime!...and oh yeah- don't bad-mouth her momma unless you ready for a serious beat-down! :D
