I really do not get her!! I am confused:confused: Like how is she a metahuman? And what is this about her Pyshic Power?

Dinah's metahuman power is her psychic power. She is, essentially, a telepath. In first part of 'Pilot,' she witnessed, via her dreams, the death of Selina Kyle and the attempted murder of Barbara Gordon.

Seven years later, she decides to find out what happened to them. So she runs away from her foster parents and heads for New Gotham. She is later saved by Huntress when a guy got the wrong idea with her. Dinah manages to touch Huntress long enough to get her headquarters out of her mind and follows her back to where Oracle is waiting.

Though both Huntress and Oracle want to send her home, Oracle allows Dinah to stay with her temporarily. She even gets to help out with their current case.

It is Dinah's powers that allows her to send Barbara into Huntress' mind to stop her from killing herself.

Then, in 'Prey for the Hunter,' Dinah used her powers again on Morton to keep him from killing Helena, and she was aided by a group of other meta-humans.

Dinah has a few abilities under her belt : a sort of psychic connection that works almost like the power of psychometry (the supposed ability to touch objects and learn things about their past owners/history/etc.) - upon touching someone, she can see things only they know. She also has prophetic dreams, or precognitive dreams if you want a more scientific word - visions of the future while she sleeps. Her third 'ability' seems to be the power to travel into someone's subconscious, a "dream plane" that appears in black and white (for the most part). This is also accomplished by touching a person, and she can even bring other people with her into this subconscious plane.

How she's a metahuman is a good question. It's obviously genetic as Helena is part meta and her mother was a meta, so does that mean Dinah's mother, Black Canary, is a metahuman? :)

Well BC has a special Canary Cry, a sonic scream, so I would assume that's a "superpower" and therefore makes her meta.

She now is developing telekinesis. I wouldn't want to be around her because normal chicks undress me with their eyes. If I got around her, she'd check me out and try to do the same thing, but she'd succeed. Well, actually I woudn't mind.

somewhat back on the subject, it also seems that Dinah has enhanced speed, or at least it appears so, from "Nature of the Beast" she went super-speed after hawk knocked chameleon down the stairs.

When she was running she wasn't running with super speed she was just running as fast as she could from the what they called the wall walker. Her abilities so far is sort of a touch telepath and telekenisis or however u spell it.
