a very stupid question, but my friend made me ask it. Dina Meyer's pronounciation of her name. Everyone who reads anything, fanfics or little notes says is "Deena" and I always say it as "Dinah" like the show. Which is it?

Deena

I used to do the same thing. All until I watched her on Howard Stern and she pronounced it "Deena"

okay, thanks, i knew it was weird because the way they spelt it on BoP "Dinah" and her name is spelt "Dina"

I think you're confused. Dinah, the character was played by Rachel Skarsten. Dina Meyer played Barbara Gordon.

I'm talking about the pronounciation, dude. Not the actual characters.

This made me think that you thought Dinah Lance was played by Dina Meyer. It was the way you worded it, I guess. And I'm not a dude. I'm a girl.

Sorry, I say dude a lot. No offense.

I say dude alot too. weird for a 27 yr old to use at work, but I do. It's a very useful word. :p hee hee...

--Night wanders off to find more weirdness and thinking that maybe she shouldn't have admitted that she uses "dude" so frequently---

Anyway, back on topic, Nightstalker (it's weird how a word like "dude" can spread so far)

Ah, but the only way to make it politically correct is: Du-Persons

But I prefer: Dudes and Dudettes....

Du-persons sounds weird. I never say dudettes, i always say dude. but i wonder who actually started the term dude, i mean, i bet the actual definition wasn't the one we use now.

but really, we need to get back on topic. i don't wanna get in trouble with the moderators.

What about Dina Meyer's last name? Is it pronounced "Mayor" or "My Er" ?

My Er

My er. Knew that one. I feel like I've offended her in some way. by callin her Dina as in "Dinah" all this time. If I ever met her (there's a possibility) I have to say her name right.
