We've really confined the book discussions to DC based books ... not that I'm a Marvel Fan mind you, I haven't really read alot of Marvel boos for the past 15 to 20 years .. but its only fair that we at least try to give them some equal time.

Does anyone read ??

Inhumans
New Mutants
Mystique
Elektra
Namor

Or maybe some of the other Marvel titles ??

Mystique ... is working as an under cover operative for Prof. X ... as a shapeshifter that can imitate anyone, she has the perfect powers for such a job.

Looks like it. Has she resolved her issues with Rogue yet?

Yes she does .. tis up to issue 5 and its really good.

RM .. your confusing X-Men Evolution with the books they aren't the same thing.

I was referring to the comic books. I haven't steadily kept up with X-Men for years. And the last things I read about Mystique was that the Shadow King corrupted her to become a terrorist and Rogue didn't help her out of prison when every mutant lost his or her powers.

I had given up on X-men LONG before then so I really can't even beging to tell you.

Then it's time for me to catch up on the comics. Might as well check out the '1602' also.

Spider-Man, Hulk, Captain America, The Fantastic Four, Iron Man, Thor, The Avengers, X-Men, Silver Surfer, Daredevil,The Defenders, Nick Fury: Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D.(or Sgt. Fury and his Howling Commandoes, take yer pick), The Punisher, Ghost Rider, Werewolf by Night, Howard the Duck, Dr. Strange, Blade, Luke Cage: Hero fro Hire, Iron Fist, Master of Kung Fu, Devil Dinosaur, NFL SuperPro, Squadron Supreme, Rocket Racoon, Morbius: The Living Vampire, Darkhawk, 2099, Ultimate Marvel, New Universe, What if?, or....(drumroll).....Forbush Man!

Most of those books haven't been in pulication for quite a while ... I was thinking more of current books so that everyone could join in.

Touche'......although considering my age that might not be something to brag about LOL

Back to topic: Does anyone know what ultimately happened to the Infinity Gauntlet? Last I knew Adam Warlock had it, but that was years ago.

There was an Infinity War between the heroes and the Magus. Then there was an Infinity Crusade against the good side of Adam Warlock who held a bunch of cosmic cubes. Finally some of the gems evolved into conscious entities and spread out to parts unknown. Adam Warlock was in another comic universe for a while but returned without the soul gem.

Thank you. I'd read 'Gauntlet, but not 'War' or 'Crusade'. Now I know....(cue G.I. Joe music):D

Didn't Marvel just relaunch Warlock a while ago ??

Is it still being published or was it canceled again ??

For those who might like to know according to Wizard another X-book is on the way .. this one will feature homeless mutants kids living on the streets of NY .. written by none other than Joe Quesada himself .. and it will be drawn by the current cover artist of the New Mutants title (who's name excapes me right now)

Another X-title? Maybe its time to put Project: Wideawake into effect...

Speaking of which, has anyone read 'Sentinel'? I was wondering if it was any good.

I'm beginning to dig the New Mutants series. But I wish they'd mention Doug Ramsey for just a moment.

Welll they just brought back Karma so I'''m sure that a more of them will come in soon.

Red Mask

I can settle just for a short mention or flashback of him. I'm not expecting they find a replacement or some clone.

Write in to Marvel and suggest it, be pro-active about bringing him back !!

Red Mask

After the Warlock mini-series I don't think so! Bringing him back would be so confusing now to new readers. I've been satisfied with available fan fiction on him in the past. Stories like "Brothers in Arms", "Grow Old with Me", and "X-Manson" still entertain me when I'm bored. And there's that short piece about Doug's first lone test in the Danger Room. That was funny. :)
