If no two meta-humans have the same power, then why does Helena Kyle have the exact same powers as her mother? I have a feeling that Selina Kyle may not be as meta-human as we thought...

If you watch the episode again (Prey for the hunter)...Babs said it is "RARE" for two metas to have the same power...

Do we really know all about what Catwoman Meta-human abilities were? I mean everything or there is something we don't know?

If Helena's powers are similiar to Catwoman's, then it might having something to do with the fact that she is half-human. The human part of her DNA could have done something to make it so.

Just a thought.

Also, Oracle told Dinah that it is possible for her to develope the Canary Cry, like Carolyn had... so maybe a parent can pass their powers down in their DNA.

It was mention that the meta-humans began to apear right after the meteor shower. The Joker is not meta, he just has bad acid skin cortesy of our friendly neighborhood Bat.

If The Joker isn't a metahuman, then what was all that with him shooting lightning out of his hands in the Pilot? *is utterly confused*

He was shooting electricity from a buzzer in his hand, according to the script. You just couldn't see the modified joy buzzer because it was so dark.
