I wouldn't mind seeing those words at the end of an episode instead of the Clocktower gathering. It just seems like the episodes are so fast paced that the story never has a chance to reach its full potential. I thought "Sins" would have been a great two-night epsiode, with the first show ending when Hawke's gang of thugs snapped the collar on the Black Canary. That would have given more time for a confrontation between Helena and Carolyn, a flashback scene showing the Black Canary (and possibly Catwoman) in costume, etc.
I hope when (not if :D ) the show gets picked up for a full season they will have some two-nighters.
