Hello to all in New Gotham,

Now that we pretty much know the show has been picked up. Here's a great storyline I'd like to see in Season 2. Batman leaves his Batmobile in a secret location when he left Gotham. Instructions were left with Alfred as to the location of the vehicle. Alfred tells Huntress about the vehicle and that it was her father's. Helena finds the vehicle but has a hard time driving it. Alfred tells Helena that it would be a good idea to actually have a drivers license first. Reese pulls Helena over in the Batmobile and she gets fined for not having a drivers license. So Huntress has to go through the process of getting one in New Gotham Motor Vehicles. Pretty funny storyline in my opinion. After she gets the license, she finds the Batmobile is too big and "Not Her Style", so she has Alfred get her her own vehicle. Perhaps a modified black Volkswagen Beetle or smaller sports car (good advertising for Volkswagen). She would comment, that this is finally a ladys car. The Batmobile is returned to the secret location awaiting the day Batman may return to meet the daughter he didn't know he had. Intertwine this storyline in with a bad guy plot.

What do you all think? Is it worth writing to the WB about this as a story for season 2?

You got that right! :p

Most of us here have been waiting for an episode like that to happen to finally answer some questions about Helena's character.

If you want to spice things up how about a Harley and Joker reunion; talk about a match made in hell

I think it would be interesting if Joker and Harley had a kid and he fell for Dinah.

I still think a Smallville crossover would be a huge ratings winner. Have it play before Smallville on a special night.

One episode idea of my own is that Selina Kyle from another continuum (the comics one) is somehow brought to the tv show's continuum. It is a good way to bring back Selina Kyle and Catwoman, without the whole dead thing. Whatcha think?

That's impossible. Smallville, though it has current technology, takes place some 20 years before Birds of Prey. How do you expect them to cross over?

Time travel my friend.....easily done in the world of sci-fi.

Please, no SMALLVILLE crossover. I'm a fan of both series but by no means do we need a SMALLVILLE crossover. BIRDS OF PREY may be aimed for the same demographic but BIRDS is optioning for a different feel and frankly, I don't want to see any more teenage angst except maybe Dinah's on BIRDS.

Maybe it would be interesting if BIRDS would allude to a SUPERMAN or Clark Kent appearence, something along those lines.

But I really want to see Batman and Helena reunite and a Joker and Harley reunion to put all those theories of my to a rest.

I'm saying the crossover should happen to save the damn show. It's failing miserably in the ratings. Anything that would give this show a boost

I have this gut feeling the producers will not go that route, SMALLVILLE stays on SMALLVILLE, which leaves them with one other option, the Producers need a HUGE plot twist, that will bring in non-fans and fans alike if you know I mean.

And I really believe the producers wouldn't do such a thing to boost ratings. Two different shows but different concepts/ideas as I mentioned before.

Go look at my earlier post SMALLVILLE crossover idea. Read the story I wrote, you may feel different. In any event, they don't listen to us fans anyway so the point is moot. But it would be a cool idea.

Now if they could get Michael Keaton to make a guest appearance....ratings would go through the ROOF

As much as time travel is prevelant in sci-fi, I don't really see that happening then again, there is no real telling with the producers and writers of BIRDS.

I just want to see a really strong episode that explains continuity, that the show is really presently lacking. (Where did Harley come from? Did she really know the Joker? What was Helena like after her mother's death? What was Babs like after being shot?, etc.)

Yeah, I agree there. You know, I think I WANT this show to be a great show moreso than it is. The more I think about it, it's really not a very well written show. The actors are great, but the writers need to go.
