View Full Version : Rachel will host all of POV on Nov 21.

On Nov 21, Rachel will be hosting all of POV Sports in a episode called First Ladies. Lets all watch and then email them afterwards to congradulate Rachel on how well she did :clap: and ask them, politely to let her host some more episodes in the future.

By the way Rachel must be doing this show while she's going to university since this was shot on Oct.10 I believe. Which makes me wonder if she is going to a Toronto University instead of McGill in Montreal.

You can see a vid clip of one of Rachel's segments. I hopefully have uploaded the clip to the web. You should be able to see it with either Real Video or Media Player. It's a big 30mb file and is also zipped.

It was up, but I had to take it down due to bandwidth concerns. Rachel Rocks might have it up later. I will try to get the next segment up this week. Again it will only be up for a couple of days.


Edited to tell you to forget that site. I have now opened up a yahoo group. This will allow you to see mpegs,avi and wmv vid clips of Rachel's work. The only annoyance is that you have to be a Yahoo member.

Well Rachel hosted her first POV SPORTS , while the regular host did
the science of sports this time out. She was good to watch and fun.
Not as polished as the regular host but with more time she could get
really great. It reairs tommorow on CBC in the morning. I'll have the
vid up by monday.

If you would like, it may be nice to send a email to POV SPORTS and
tell them how well Rachel did and politley ask them to have Rachel
host more shows in the future. The season I believe is ending in Dec.
