Hey! I heard from gothamclocktower.com that there will be a 2 hour series finale. this finale will wrap up all those different storylines and change their lives forever. They say don't take this as a definite end though. since other networks can still pick it up where the finale left off.

Personally, I hope the series finale becomes the season finale. It pisses me off to see such a cool show go to the crapper. Ratings better improve. I'm doing my part: putting a BoP banner outside my dorm door.

Definetly I don't want the show to be canceled but if a 2 hour finale near the probabilities of the show coming back are narrow. It is better if they cancel the show with a finale that they let it hanging.

Me, too, DizzyOracle! BoP has so much potential that was squandered this time around. It deserves another chance ... could be handled as if the first episodes were a bad dream ...

Ppl... It's NOT a two hour season finale. It's ep 12, and ep 13. They are separate eps, each one hour long. Remember to get your friends family and everyone to watch, cause ratings have had a surprising upturn!!!!

No, episode 12 is Feat of Clay. And as everyone has said before, unless you have the Nielson box, getting "your friends family and everyone to watch" is pointless.

But the more people you get to watch, the better the chances that some of those people will have Nielsen boxes.

I think it's a shame the show isn't being given a chance.

It's a weird show~very hard for the average non~comic book loving fan to really follow or understand. When I first heard there was going to be a "Birds of Prey" adaptation from the comic I heard it was going to remove all comic book/super hero elements from the show and be more of a spy type show and the next thing I see on the air a weird melange of comic book continuities...

I love the show...but i understand peoples reluctance to get into it.

I am not a huge comic book fan, but I love the show. The only other show I never miss is Enterprise. I am a big Star Trek fan.

Also, I don't have Neilsen box, but I am completing a veiwer profile journal thing for a survey company. The bad news is I have to have it back to the people soon. Which means even though I like the show since its not airing this month, the survey people will never know.

kinda sucks really

I don't think they will reverse their decision to cancel the show. however if the ratings are good, they might do specials here and there or pick it up as a seasonal show.

Okay, let's think realistically now. How many canceled serieses do you know of that have had that happen? Hmm? None?

There have been quite a few shows that they have had specials on - well, TV movies...

Cagney & Lacy
Bionic Man & Woman
Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman
X-Files (although technically they weren't cancelled)
Baywatch (they are currently in Production)

there's more.. but I'm too tired to think of them

Gee, Dr. Quinn Medicine Woman. Yeah, that really had a strong fanbase. I bet they all fought *really really hard* to keep the show on.
