Because this forum has been around for some time, our storage capacity is dangerously close to reaching its limit. I'm writing this to ask all of you to be attentive to a few things:

• Please do not post any photos that are NOT of Birds Of Prey. (No Batman, etc) We don't have the ability to remove photos once they are uploaded. If you want to share a photo, please put it up on a website and post the link in here.

• Spam... it hasn't happened much in the past while but please be curtious and understand that filling up the forum with spam means that good threads are going to have to be removed to free up some space.

• If you have many private messages, please clear out your PM box. You can save them to your computer if you want to keep them.

• Don't be too upset if an old thread you like goes missing because in order to make space for the new, we have to remove the old. If you are attached to a particular thread, please save it on your desktop as things will be removed without notice.

• Fan Fiction will NOT be removed - there will always be space for that on this board.

• And a friendly second reminder, please do not upload any photos to this website that is not about BOP - unfortunately, we can no longer support it. But please do include a link from another site if you would like to share it. :)

• If you don't have a website, here is a good option of where to upload your photos. (thanks Liz) http://www.photobucket.com/

We appreciate everyone's cooperation in this. If you wish to do something extra to help support this site, we would love a small donation. Please PM me if you can help.

Thanks everyone! You rock! :cheer:

Try hosting it on Photobucket. :)

Just a small suggestion-why not delete users who are never coming back or haven't signed in in about 7 months. For example, if you go to the first thread about the pilot, most of those people posted less than 100 posts and would be easy to toss away......

Thanks guys but I don't really need any suggestions here. I appreciate it, but we are on top of it. What I have listed above will suffice.

Side note: we are not deleting users and old threads ARE being removed but consider this - it takes me HOURS to go through them all to make sure that they are threads that we decide not to keep. Some are full of fun, or interesting information and we don't wish to remove them. THEY are the reason why we are here in the first place. ;)

If everyone is just aware of the issues and don't take advantage of things and spam, we should be okay.
