I found this doll at http://elouai.com/doll-makers/candybar-doll-maker.php. It's a cool site, check it out. All you need to do is click on the grey and white spaces to make your own doll. This doll was under full bodies. They also have There's Something About Mary, and a pink Power Ranger, to name a few.

The attachment doesn't work, so I went to the site, and all I could find was the one I attached. However, I don't think it's Catwoman. It's probably Batgirl, based on Alicia Silverstone's portrayal.
