And besides, that wouldn't improve ratings at all. You know why? Because you have written what is known as fan fiction, meaning they will just be written text and nothing more. And I wouldn't give out my house number, if I were you. That's how people murder you.

Dear God Frostbite, that's just scary. But hb695 you should go to your profile and change your location ok? ;)

I've changed the profile and that's not my real address. It's not fan fiction.

Ok,psychic oracle ,
In the three-part epic Nightwing & Robin visits babs, alfred tells helena that dick is her older adopted brother.it also includes a villian who's name is killer moth(based on a villian in detective comics between 1951,1967-1983) and it will include a kissing scene between dick and babs(instead of wade kissing babs and I was ofended about that bed scene in episode six).

here's more,phychic oracle.
in episode 1.17 'cluemaster' the cluemaster(a.k.a. Arthur Brown) comes back to new gotham for more crimes and clues . plus it will feature robin/tim drake's lover the spoiler/stephanie brown, the daughter of the cluemaster who joins helena and stop him.also in 1.18 'Black Canary returns' Dinah decides to take over her mother(carolyn lance)'s mantle as Black Canary. I've also written 1.19 called 'Brutale'(based on a villian in the nightwing comics) it includes the death of wade(I had no choice but to get rid of wade.batman editor Dennis O'Neil had his 'robin problem' taken care of when readers decided that robin/jason todd had to be killed by the joker and did in 1988.).

hb695, do you work for the show? if not, then your scripts don't mean anything. i'd still like to read them, they sound really interesting. but it is FAN FICTION. if you are planning to send the scripts into WB, forget it, they aren't taking anything sent in by fans, even though they need to. i've read some BOP fanfics that are better than the stuff that actually gets on the show.

Fan-fic or not Fat Elvis 007 but I have to keep this show going or else we're all screwed. that's why i want to write for the show.Unless you want me to convince them.

Everywhere I go I see things that remind me of my unsucessful attempts to civilize people. hb695 isn't going to listen to you, (s)he's too pigheaded.

uh..Hb695, understand that I'm sure you have great potential. And this is just being a honest person that when I tell you that the WB probably won't take you seriously because A.You aren't hired there B.Are too young to be considered a serious writer, at least by there standards(and no, they aren't mine either)
I don't mean it offensively myself, for I too write fan fiction(and might take into something serious later on in life). And whatever you chose I hope that writing your scripts lands you big things. I say still give it a shot, but I wanted you to know what you're up against.
Please keep writing and I can't wait to hear it.

I've no doubt you are, and I wish you luck with it, but I felt maybe you needed to know what might happen. Sorry if I've let you down.

It doesn't matter
Sleep deprivation? I haven't slept since before the new year. I'm exhausted... frikkin' insomnia.
Who's to say how old you have to be to write well? I've been writing since I taught myself to when I was five; I'm 'merely' twenty three, but I've nearly died more times then I care to remember, except when I need a good laugh (often, these days).
I know I can write better than the drivel that's out there right now. That's not arrogance, just a statement of fact. There's writers I look up to, and things I aspire to, and what have you, but the fact remains that people no longer no how to tell a story. We're living in a time of writers who know nothing but climaxes- they remember seeing great movies with amazing climaxes (Brazil, Time Bandits, or, more recently, Ususal Suspects, the Matrix, Fight Club) and think "Wow, what an amazing climax" and proceed to churn out meaningless empty things that are essentially a series of climaxes.
That's not a story. A climax is only meaningful if it has a backstory to support it, something most modern writers have utterly forgotten. And a climax doesn't have to be big- sometimes, it can be the quietest thing in the episode.
Thus speaketh me, knower of stuff.
Oh, and 2012, the year the world ends. ;)

What do you mean the world will end in 2012?
Frostbite
01-05-2003, 01:07 AM
There was this guy hundreds of years ago, Nostradamus, that predicted the future. All of his predictions were right, and he said the world would end in 2012.
hb695
01-05-2003, 02:41 AM
He might be wrong or it's just a myth.
Nostrodumbass predicted 1999, alot of his predictions were wrong, and I've never been a fan of his anyways. I study world mythology, so I tend to go with the underlying myths in all cultures; so when almost every culture from 6000+ years ago says the world as we know it is going to come to an end in an eleven day period in 2012, it kind of says more to me than an opium addict who would stare into a black mirror and write bad poetry.
And back to the original subject of this thread, the whole thing about new episodes, I've written a treatment for a second season (if such a thing comes to pass), if anyone official actually reads these things and cares.

if there were a kissing scene between Babs and Dick I thnk it should happen right in front of wade, I don't really like him newayz.

I think it's Fan Fic but that's okay, I write fan-fics all the time. I wrote one where Babs meets this guy named Adam, who she thinks is a normal guy like Wade but he's actually the famous assassin in New Gotham. And I wrote another where Dinah stumbles across her Canary Cry at a Halloween party.
