Question about the Unaired Pilot

Hi All,

I have now watched all of the Birds of Prey episodes which (to my knowledge) were never aired here in the UK. Pity, as I enjoyed what little there was, and it was getting better episode by episode.

Anyway, to my question.

Does anyone know why they replaced Sherilyn Fenn as Harley Quinn?

I watched both pilots - aired and unaired and found the experience interesting. By editing things differently, it demonstrated where the makers thought it was weak.

At any rate... anyone any ideas as to why Sherilyn was replaced? Possibly due to work commitments? :feedback:

Hey Mister Mystery - If my memory serves me correctly (or not), I believe Sherilyn opted out of BOP due to other commitments. There was also talk that some of the WB brass didn't like certain elements of the original pilot, and that SF was one of them. This happens all the time, but either way I feel we lucked out with Mia who was a joy to work with. I am also a fan of Sherilyn's work and hopefully I'll get to work with her someday. Ciao
