I cannot believe that someone beat me to starting this thread. This actually makes me happy though because it is really refreshing to know that I am not the only Desperate for Desperate House wives fan on this forum. Honestly I have been hooked on this show since it first started. Back then I was still greaving Birds of Prey & was perhaps overly paranod that they would clip it's wings the same way that they cancelled our free flying heros. It is thus apropo that Ian made his way on to the the bird of prey phenix that rised from the ashs for me. That was ofcourse Desperate House Wives. :cheer:

Exactly it is perrrrrfect! Our friendly butler with all the new hoty nabours on the block. Just when my favorite ladies that he served disapeared, he now starts cattering to the new ones -House wives of prey! :rotfl: :thumb:

James Bond look out! Ian is the ultimate alphamale ladies man.

MY GOD! Those posts were quick. I had planned on telling you but as I had only shot it about 3 weeks ago, I did not think it would air so quickly. WHEW! Anyway, it was a fun job and I got to work with only Terri Hatcher who was just a gem. I shan't devulge what happens because it would spoil it for you. I will say that I play light years away from Alfred.....hmmmm. ENJOY! Ciao for now

It's funny that they have that whole DC Comics connection as well:

Ian worked on Birds of Prey, Teri worked on Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman.

I am SOOOOOO glad that I do not have to work tomorrow :D

Ashes to ashes,

Ian it is so wonderful to see that you still grace this forum with your gentleman's presence every now and then. You have been missed. I can't wait to watch! By the way this show has a tendancey to put a clever spin on the most obvious impressions. I am sure you do play as you put it light years away from Alfred because your fans, us are used to you with a certain image.

Pheonyx you are a so smart! One of the reasons I started watching this show is because I was a big fan of Lois & Clark. Lois is like Superman's Desprate House Wife. Since Batman & Lois know each other it is only natural that Alfred may shall we say bump in to Lois every now & then. On the subject of irony, Pheonyx you with your user name are the most ideal person to make that connection. As I stated Desprate House Wives is that which rose from the ashes of ALL my most adored cancelled shows, BOP & L & C included. Bree even reminds me of Dina.

FYI - Terri Hatcher is not the only great thing about this show. You will find that the rest of the cast is atleast equal to her caliber in terms of the way that they capivate the screen! :symbol:

I just got done with DHW, and I thought it was great. Ian was a great addition to the show. He added alot of humor to the show (the same humor from BOP). I don't think we have seen the last of Ian on DHW!!!

Yes I actually had to tie myself down to watch this show...but for Ian it was worth it!
I loved when he walked into the room with the tray while teri was in the towel bent over with her butt facing the door. The look on Ians face and the casual spin around was hysterical.

And don't even start me when Teri was helping him "Polish the silver" :rotfl:

Hats off to you Sir Ian! :Hat:

Hey Gang! Thanks for the lovely comments. It was a lot of fun. The one bit missing was when I slapped Terri Hatcher back. I guess the powers to be thought it was a bit much. (I did enjoy doing it at the time). Ah well, another day perhaps. No word about me going back, I have a feeling that was it. Also, Dougray Scott's storyline arc ends in December. SO, we'll see. Ciao for now Ian

Im sure you will appear again, because rupert had some unresolved issues with her in the show. They may save it for a season finale.

I'm yet to see it, not being a avid watcher of desperate housewifes and living in sweden means I might very well miss it.

Still, there is a sting of envy hearing about you getting to work with beautiful and talented people :thumb:

Now there's just that plan to somehow start living with you and following you around when you meet gorgeous people so I can make clumsy attempts to charm them :flirt:
