WB Audience Feedback Line...

I just called the number on the campaign page regarding the audience feedback line. A gentleman actually answered the phone! I was surprised.

I asked him if this was the audience feedback line, and he said that he could forward me to that line.

Then, I got a recording saying that I had reached the feedback line, etc, etc, and that I could leave a message. They asked that I leave my name, where I was calling from and my message.

THEN, the recording told me that I couldn't leave a message because that mailbox was full!!!! Hmmmm... wonder what it's full of.

I wonder if they go through these messages each day? I'll have to try again tomorrow.

On the recording, they also mentioned an email address that we could email comments to, but it wasn't clear enough for me to understand. I'll have to call back and try to get that info again. When I get it, I'll post it here.

I like the idea of filling up their voice mailbox EVERY day with BOP messages. I called the Audience Feedback Line several weeks ago and left several messages. Personally, I like the idea of phone calls better than emails. It costs money to make phone calls and shows that fans care enough to spend the money to call.

I totally agree Lisa, I've tried myself and have only been able to leave 2 messages on 2 different days, but call every day.
