Please read, Douglas Abercrombie -Ian's brother- emailed me again and he with a message to all of forum members inviting us to his service & a photo of him and his sister, so you will recognize them. So if you live close of LA and you can go, send them all our love.
"To all the lovely members of the Birds of Prey group,
how thoughtful of you all to think of us at this sad time and it lifts our hearts to know that other people loved him as much as we did.
We have to console ourselves with the knowledge that he had a wonderful life and fulfilled all the dreams he had from when he was a small boy,
We also know that he was blessed with some wonderful friends like yourselves, and we know there will be many people who will miss him as much as all his family. The photo was lovely, he looks so well and that's how we like to remember him. We thank you so much for your kind thoughts and hope we may meet you when we come over for the service later in the year.
With our love and thanks, Doug & Jan Abercrombie."
Second message:
"Dear friends,
We thought you might like this photo of us so that you will recognise us when we come over for the service - we hope we will see you all there and look forward to meeting more of Ian's many friends so that we can remember him together.
God bless, Doug & Jan."
